Common questions
How long before I see insights?
RosaCue needs at least 14 logged days to show patterns in your log. The more days you log, the clearer the picture becomes.
Where is my data stored?
Everything you log — entries, photos and statistics — is stored only on your device. There is no account, no sign-in and no cloud storage. The numbers are calculated on your phone. A language model rewrites them in plain language.
What happens if I switch phones?
Because the app does not sync to the cloud automatically, your data does not transfer on its own. Use Export my data in Settings to save a CSV backup before you switch. Whether iCloud backup covers the app's data has not been verified — treat the CSV export as the safe backup path.
What does the CSV export contain?
The export contains your log data and photo filenames. The image files themselves are not included — only their names. The file can be opened in Numbers, Excel or any spreadsheet app.
